Service agreement · version 2026-09-22 · effective since 2026-09-22
Terms and Conditions
These rules explain the agreement for accessing HyperMine, playing on the network, using its portals, and receiving digital products or benefits.
1. Operator, scope, and applicable documents
HyperGamers operates the service known as HyperMine. These Terms apply to the Minecraft network, landsite, account, dashboard, support, staff, management, application and creator portals, and the integrated store features controlled by HyperMine.
The community rules, feature-specific terms, and—when you buy through Tebex—the terms shown by Tebex at checkout also form part of the agreement. If mandatory local law gives you greater protection, that protection prevails.
2. Acceptance, legal capacity, and minors
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are below the contractual age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms with you where required by law and authorize every purchase.
The service is not directed to children under 13. If local law sets a higher age for consent to certain processing or digital contracts, we apply that age. A guardian may contact support to review or delete a child’s information.
Acceptance requires an affirmative action and is tied to the version displayed. Acknowledging the Privacy Notice records its delivery; it does not make all processing consent-based.
3. Account and security
- Provide valid information, keep your email current, and do not impersonate anyone.
- Protect passwords, 2FA codes, passkeys, and sessions. Do not share them or transfer the account.
- Tell us immediately through support if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to legal protections against fraud and unauthorized use.
4. Conduct, fair play, and content
You must follow the published HyperMine rules and reasonable instructions communicated within the service.
- Do not use cheats, unauthorized automation, exploits, or other unfair advantages.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, scam, impersonate, expose personal data, or publish illegal or harmful content.
- Do not attack, test without authorization, bypass limits, or interfere with service security, availability, or integrity.
- You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us only a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate, and distribute it within the service for as long as needed to provide the service, protect the community, or comply with law.
5. Moderation, sanctions, and appeals
We may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend, or close an account for a violation, security risk, fraud, or legal duty. We aim for measures that are proportionate, documented, and consistent with our rules.
Where appropriate, you can review the reason and appeal through support. We may preserve evidence and temporarily restrict features during an investigation. This does not limit any statutory appeal right.
6. Intellectual property and Minecraft
HyperMine software, design, text, graphics, brands, and original content are protected. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these Terms.
HyperMine is an independent server and is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft and its marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Purchases, Tebex, HyperCoins, and subscriptions
External purchases are processed on Tebex. At checkout, the Tebex entity identified there acts as Merchant of Record and legal seller: it collects payment and handles taxes, payment methods, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks under its terms and applicable law. Review the Tebex terms and privacy notice shown before paying.
HyperMine configures the catalogue and fulfils the rank, product, balance, or other digital benefit after valid confirmation. Contact our support first if fulfilment fails. Billing disputes, refunds, and chargebacks may also require Tebex. Nothing here removes mandatory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights; digital-content exceptions depend on local law and what you accepted at checkout.
HyperCoins are a digital unit limited to HyperMine. They are not money, a deposit, investment, or cryptoasset; they bear no interest and have no cash or withdrawal value unless mandatory law says otherwise. Any rules on use, transfer, or expiry will be shown before the transaction.
A subscription renews and charges repeatedly only where checkout clearly says so and you authorize it. Price, frequency, renewal date, and cancellation method must be shown before payment. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not alter consumed benefits or statutory refund rights.
9. Collaborations, commissions and creator obligations
Admission, domains, benefits and revenue participation require confirmation from the marketing team. Linking an account or receiving a rank does not guarantee earnings, players, exclusivity or an indefinite term. The individual agreement determines the percentage, calculation basis, duration and any content fees; there is no universal commission rate.
Where applicable, the store automatically attributes purchases to the creator associated with the player’s entry domain and sends the configured allocation to Tebex. The buyer does not need to enter a code. Attributed revenue is not necessarily settled commission: applicable taxes, fees, currency, refunds, chargebacks and Tebex confirmation may affect the result. Panels distinguish sales, amounts before tax and commissions; missing amounts shown as pending are not promises of payment. Individual terms cannot remove accrued entitlements or mandatory rights.
Creators must provide their own correct Tebex Wallet reference, complete Tebex verification and meet their tax obligations. HyperMine remains responsible for its own configuration or management errors under applicable law; processing times, checks and withdrawals controlled by Tebex follow its terms. Report discrepancies to the marketing team for review.
Collaborations may end, be suspended or restored through administrative management under the applicable agreement, with notice and review where required. Ending stops benefits and future commercial attribution tied to the active collaboration, without erasing necessary records or outstanding obligations. Creators do not also earn ordinary referral rewards for their own acquisition, although registration origin may remain recorded.
10. Promotion and player information
Creators must clearly disclose paid promotion or collaborations, respect platform rules and image, music and other content rights, and avoid misleading claims about earnings, benefits or products. Obtain the necessary permissions before publishing other people’s information or images, especially children’s. Creator status does not authorize contracts, collections or promises on HyperMine’s behalf.
Player and purchase data in the portal may only be used to view and verify the collaboration. Disclosure, sale, marketing contact without a lawful basis and attempts to identify undisclosed private information are prohibited. Each party is responsible for conduct attributable to it; this obligation does not replace HyperMine’s own controller responsibilities.
11. Entry origin and purchase options
We retain the domain used when a player first enters to attribute registration to a creator, referral, server list or acquired domain. Later purchases may be attributed to that origin even after the acquisition campaign ends. Reports update periodically and can be corrected for errors; contact support to review your origin.
Accounts attributed to an active creator collaboration may be ineligible for new subscriptions or automatic top-ups. Applicable one-time purchases remain displayed. Authorized staff can review or change this setting. This rule neither authorizes recurring charges nor automatically cancels existing subscriptions: use the Tebex cancellation channels provided when purchasing.
12. Availability and service changes
We may maintain, fix, update, remove, or replace features for technical, security, legal, or design reasons. We aim to notify changes materially affecting a paid service and will respect consumer-law duties concerning continuity, conformity, and remedies.
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, but use reasonable measures to provide a secure service and recover from incidents.
13. Third-party services and links
Microsoft/Mojang, Discord, Tebex, and other external services operate under their own terms and notices. We do not control their platforms. An optional integration may stop working if its provider changes it or you revoke access.
14. Warranties and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and we do not warrant that every feature will meet every expectation. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that does not reasonably result from our breach.
We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies. Responsibility for players, creators and providers depends on each party’s involvement and duties; participation alone does not make them HyperMine representatives. We do not transfer the risk of our own breaches to users or impose automatic or disproportionate indemnities. Any specific limit for a professional collaboration must be expressly agreed and lawful.
15. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may terminate for a serious or repeated violation, fraud, risk, legal order, or service closure. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy or appeal. Clauses that must naturally survive—including pending payments, ownership, evidence, liability, and disputes—remain effective.
16. Changes to these Terms
We publish each version and effective date. For material changes, we may send a service notice to the linked email and require fresh acceptance before private-area use where appropriate or legally required. A change will not apply retroactively unless permitted by law and supported by a clearly explained valid reason.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and relationship, without depriving you of mandatory protections in the country or region where you live. Courts are determined under applicable consumer and conflict-of-law rules; this text does not impose a blanket court waiver or mandatory arbitration.
Before a formal claim, we invite you to contact support so we can try to resolve it. This does not pause statutory deadlines or restrict access to consumer, data-protection, or judicial authorities.
18. Contact
Questions, complaints, and legal requests can be submitted through the email shown in the operator card. For appeals and gameplay support, you may also use the support tools available on the website.
8. Social accounts and external services
You may verify a social account through its provider from Accounts or the creator portal. You must own it or be authorized to manage it. Linked accounts synchronize their name and URL with your social profile, including subsequent changes; linking does not make your profile an official account of the provider.
Linking is optional. You can disconnect or revoke authorization even during an application; features requiring verification may become unavailable and another valid account may be needed to continue the application. Disconnecting does not delete your account or posts on the external platform.
The YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service linked under provider documents. Each platform’s terms and permissions govern its service.
